The isco is an artisanal bakery located in the Alvalade district, with international and timeless inspiration and based on natural fermentation.

 

They work the bread in an artisanal way, using stone mill and flour dough, respecting the tradition and the chemistry that sustains the process, centered on the fundamental ingredients: Flour, water and salt.
